  There is no phone support here. However, I assure you that we are all alive and here to help. This is a peer support forum. Here Volunteers and Staff work cooperatively to deliver support. Here Volunteers answer most questions and Staff monitor. When Volunteers cannot provide the required support we flag threads for Staff attention.

  I also recommend that you read this entry http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ very carefully so you are clear on the differences between free hosted WordPress.com blogs, which are supported here at WordPress.com and WordPress.org software installs, which are supported here at WordPress.org > http://wordpress.org/support/
