Looking to move our website to WordPress but need advice first

    We would like to move our existing website to WordPress but we need advice on how to do this first.
    Since we have an existing website that is up and live we can’t just start and link our current domain to WordPress. We have another domain which we could use for testing while we are setting things up but can we switch domains that are linked to the professional plan when we are ready to launch?

    Also we need some insights as to how we go about building our site. I have read the materials on line about building a website but we still have a few questions and it does not seem WordPress has anyone you can actually talk to in order to get certain questions answered.
