Looking to obtain the blog name grumpyoldman

  I run a blog from Australia called grumpyoldmanaustralia through WordPress, I wanted to use the title grumpyoldman but note this title has already been taken, However, on further investigation I note that it has not be active for a number of years now and I was wondering if I might be able to obtain the name. I look forward to your reply.

  I’d say the one post on that blog is very sad. You could try to leave a comment there and the original owner would allow you to use the grumpyoldman name. Other than that, there is no way that WordPress.com will take the name from him and give it to you. Sorry for the sad news.
