Looking to reduce Header Space in Snaps theme
-
Wow, you’re really good at coding …and fast! :)
Is it possible to have the grey continue downwards till it hits the darker blue at the end of the page?
-
Haha, thanks ^_^
This should do it:
footer#colophon { background-color: #c7c7c7 !important; margin-top: -42px !important; }Let me know if that doesn’t work!

Yes that works, you’re the best!
Last question if I may: I’d like to change the background color behind the top logo. In order to do so I will also have to upload and add a transparent company logo so that the background color will come through. I tried uploading a transparent logo but I don’t know in what format I should upload. Can you please let me know?
-
^_^ Thanks
A .png file will keep the transparency of the image (a jpg just fills it in with white).
Hope that helps,

Hi Sage,
Thanks again for your help.
I changed the logo for a .png file. Can you please change the background color behind the logo area into that light blue like the rest of the page?
-
Hey,
You’ll see this code in your CSS area already:
#masthead { background-color: #fff; }It just needs to be changed to:
#masthead { background-color: #e1f4f7; }Hope that helps :)

That works as well, thanks!
I don’t think I have any questions left :)
You really helped me a lot achieving my deadline since the website will be launched tomorrow. Thanks so much!!!!
Have a great rest of your day :)
