    Trying to understand what theme would be suitable re our needs. Is there someone at WordPress who can help?

    Just to confirm, is “banfflegionorg.wordpress.com” the site you wish to have a theme for?

    I had a glance over it, I see that there’s nothing much as of now. Would you like to elaborate more on your requirements? Are you going to use it as a blog or website or combination of both?

    There are a lot of free/premium themes available in theme store. Here’s a quick link for the same,

    1. Blog themes
    2. Business themes

    Or you may apply filter depending on your choice/needs.

    You may give a try to Sela_Theme or Nucleare_Theme.

    If you are looking to upgrade your plan then please refer pricing page for all the available plans,

    Thank you for your offer to help. The following is our wish list and wondering if there is a theme that will fulfill it.

    ~ Easy to Add, Delete and Customize Pages in albums such as Current Events, Future Events Special Events, Kitchen Specials, Rentals, History etc..

    ~ Calendar of Events by Room (two rooms) with links to the Events Pages.

    ~ Ability to play Videos from an Album or Page.

    ~ Some site areas confidential with Multiple Tiered Logins for varying responsibilities and privileges. For Inter-Organizational Communication – Volunteers can communicate amongst themselves without seeing Staff or Executive communication. Staff can communicate amongst themselves and Volunteers but cannot see Executive, and Executive can communicate with all. Easy format to use on Smartphones, Tablets and Desktops. Easy for Admins to add & delete Logins and allow or remove privileges for each person.

    ~ Easily Manage Scheduling through Interactive Message Board to help everyone know who will be where and when for what – Volunteers to Events, Staff to Work and Executives to Meetings.

    ~ Ability to collect information for various reasons, using simple surveys and various forms.

    ~ Ability to have Questionnaires, Comments and Email links for Members and the Public to direct their Questions or Feedback generally or to specific people within the Legion.

    ~ Ability to easily collect money from Cards, record and store all transactions, and generate customized receipts and tickets on customer’s computers. (Events & Membership Dues)

    ~ Statistics — easy to get data such as: how often pages or posts have been viewed and which are most popular, etc. This should include the ability to add information into the statistics to quantify and correlate site visits to advertising, events etc..

    Hi there,

    Thanks for explaining all your requirements in details and sincere apologies for delay in response.

    I have been trying to look through most of the themes and find you one which would fulfil your requirements, but frankly I had a hard time.

    Most of the points which you have mentioned are possible but I doubt about Admin and user logins. From what I have understood, you are looking for some Admin Templates, which provides you two separate logins.

    For your information, most of the themes in Theme store support below features,
    1. Add, delete pages in albums
    2. Ability to play videos
    3. Ability to collect information using forms(this needs a form plugin)
    4. Ability to comment on posts
    5. Ability to easily collect money from Cards
    6. statistics

    To help you further, let’s seek some assistance from staff. I’ll add modlook tag in sidebar for staff assistance.
    They will soon get to this thread and help you out.

    I see @pratikawari28 has provided information about a number of points in your question. There are a couple of other points I wanted to add to:

    Some site areas confidential with Multiple Tiered Logins for varying responsibilities and privileges.

    By default, this is the sort of membership area that can be created on a WordPress.com site (Free, Personal and Premium plans):

    This is unlikely to provide the level of complexity you are looking for, so I recommend looking for a third party plugin with those features. It’s worth noting that third party plugins are only supported on the Business plan.

    Ability to collect information for various reasons, using simple surveys and various forms.

    The contact form would enable visitors to submit information: https://en.support.wordpress.com/forms/contact-form/
