Looks like my website got hacked and deleted. Is there any way at all to get it restored?

  Hi! So I had a beautiful website, it was called Tessmon.com
  I have hired an Indian guy who seemed like he knew what he was doing. But instead of 2 weeks it took him 4 months, so I payed him less. When I click on wp-admin his number pops up.. Do you know if I can restore the website at all? Thank You

  Your domain is registered by Godaddy, https://www.whois.com/whois/tessmon.com and redirects me to wix.com. You must contact their support to solve this problem.

  your story indeed sounds very bad. But let me note that this forum is dedicated to WordPress.com users who have hosted their websites on WordPress.com, while your website is using WordPress.org software and is hosted on Google Cloud as I can see here: https://hostingchecker.com/.
  Your domain Registrar is not WordPress.com either, but GoDaddy as I see here: https://www.whois.com/whois/tessmon.com.

  So am sorry but we as WordPress.com are unable to help you.
  But here are some suggestions:
  Do you have access to your hosting provider Google Cloud via Google Console?
  Alternatively, I think you have to find a compromise with a developer you have hired.

  If that does not help, you can ask the WordPress.org community for advice or look for solutions on existing forum threads:
  https://wordpress.org/support/forums.
