Loose all my publication

It seems that my blog have been reset. I don’t have any of my publication and now all my links are unusable.
This error message appears :
‘Votre serveur utilise la version 4.4.9 de PHP mais WordPress 4.0.8 nécessite au moins la version 5.2.4.’How can i get back to the old version of my blog?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi @excelplace, actually your site isn’t hosted here. Your host is running a seven-year-old version of PHP, which is ancient for technology. Can you have them move the site to a more modern server?
