  Hello,

  I lost my email and my password to connect to my wordpress site.
  My domain is janvincen.com, i have nothing to communicate with my adress and my blog.

  Can you help me for change my email to renew this domain janvincen
  important.

  I see that the domain recently expired, as a volunteer, I’m unable to see any information to assist on the expiration, as I can’t see the site it is mapped to, either.

  Be sure that you are logged into the correct account. If you don’t remember the username and password for the account, please follow these account recovery instructions:

  Account Recovery is the only way to get back into your account.

  I’m tagging staff, with the modlook tag, on this just to confirm the account you are using is the right one for that site. Please be patient as response times are anticipated to be longer than normal this week.

  I cannot change the email address for the account that owns the janvincen.com domain under any circumstances, no. You will have to go through our account recovery process as @christnemaze explained above, then we can give you access once you’ve verified that you really are the owner of that account.
