Hi, I missed my expiry email for my domain and now my website http://www.lottiemurphy.com and emails are down. I would like to get this back ASAP, please can I renew my domain now and get it back? Thanks, Lottie

It would be a good idea to enable auto renew as you let the same thing happen last year. The domain is again in the redemption period and hopefully can be recovered if you pay the extra charges now due. This thread has already been tagged for staff. Meanwhile see:

Hi, yes I know so annoying I did set reminders but didn’t see them and then I think the card I have on file expired as I have a new one. As I’m in the redemption phase can I please pay the charges ASAP so I can get the site and my emails back up and running? Thanks, Lottie

@lottiemurphy212 sorry you lost the domain again! We sent an invoice for the domain renewal and redemption fees — in fact I accidentally double clicked the send link so it may have gone out twice, but it’s just one invoice.
