lose my dashboard

when I add new plugins as normal, and after the activated I can’t go to my dashboard and it get out and give me ‘HTTP ERROR 500’.
Now the website it is working but when click the dashboard it give me same the message.
what I have to do to return it back?

but now what I have to do if I want to return my website back?
