Losing content by Downgrading

  Hello, I am creating a blog for a project that I am working on. This project is going to last 3 months. I want to be able to customize the CSS for my site as well as upload videos, but after the project is complete I do not want to continue to edit or change the site but still want the site to exist. I was wondering if I downgrade my plan after 3 months, will I lose the custom CSS or content I have uploaded because I am no longer paying? And if so, is there a better option for me so that I do not have to continue paying after 3 months but can still have my site exist as I had wanted. Thank you!
