losing content / losing post

  I lost the full content of a post after publishing!! Why? How can I get it back? explanation please, because I don’t like this to happen again; working on a post for an hour and losing it.

  Hi there, have you tried looking in the Drafts or Trash folders? Go to Posts > All Posts and if there is anything in those folders, then links for ‘Draft’ and ‘Trash’ will appear above the list of posts.

  Or does the post still appear in the list, even though the body content has disappeared? If that’s true, you can go to the Edit page for that post and see if a link to ‘Revisions’ appears in the ‘Publish’ box on your right. Your content still might exist in the Revisions list.
