I made some adjustments yesterday to my website which had started to appear as an old version https://camerahols.com which ceased trading in 2014. The result of changing the title was that I have lost all my posts save for the most recent one. However, on my iPhone I still have my https://foodphotographyandfrance.wordpress.com/ website in tact with all my posts whilst on my PC Windows 10 all the detail and posts do not display

You appear to have two different sites.
The https://foodphotographyandfrance.wordpress.com/ site (camerahols.wordpress.com until you changed the site address three days ago) hasn’t been updated since 2014. Then three days ago our logs show your account deleting four pages on the site (also clearing the Trash folder), and three posts (those can still be restored from the Trash folder under Posts: https://foodphotographyandfrance.wordpress.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_status=trash&post_type=post
That is all the content that was on this site.
You can see the most recent changes in the activity log under https://wordpress.com/activity-log/foodphotographyandfrance.wordpress.com
The only recent posts published on this site is the one currently there, published on the 15th, and another which is still in draft status, created on the 16th.
You used to have the domain, camerahols.com, connected to this site, but that domain hasn’t been connected to us since 2014, so if you’ve still been using that domain you were using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider.
I see the domain has since expired, and is now registered with a dropcatch (domain back-order) service. Your content you had at that domain should still be on your hosting provider’s servers, provided that hosting account didn’t also expire.
So please contact the hosting provider where you’ve been using that domain since 2014 – if it’s still possible to recover the missing content, they’re the only ones who can help you do so.
