Losing money, need immediate help!

    To whom this may concern,

This will be my last message sent before I request a refund. I own a business working from home and it deals with foods, jarring, etc…I have a hosting site with godaddy as well as the domain name I have purchased from them. I had to open an account with wordpress in order to utilize the themes and services wordpress provides and mapped it to my account with godaddy. Everything was working just fine until some how, the services were “mixed” up through the nameserver or other specifics not listed. Ive changed the nameserver from godaddy to word press, and vis versa multiple times per. guidance through customer support reps. Either they just place a link to redo the same thing that has given me the same issue over and over again or leave me with more questions then answers. My site either does not function correctly or it does not display the theme chosen or more which has cost me customers and money. I am losing income because either wordpress server is conflicting with godaddy’s hosting servers or god knows what. I just bought everything through this company (aside the domain name and hosting page) no more then a week ago and i should not be having these many problems. When customers look us up, it should be divinejars.com and NOT divinejars.wordpress.com or something other then the specified domain name. This has been an ongoing issue the day after I started customizing and setting up my site. If wordpress does not coincide or work with godaddy, then please cancel my account and send me a refund because now, i can not access my account period do to the site being rerouted else where which is beyond my understanding.

    Hi there,

It sounds like you may have just jumped the gun. Changes to name servers can take up to 72-hours to appear properly online. If they are changed often, as you mentioned, it takes even longer.

WordPress.com does indeed work with GoDaddy domains!

It seems as if the point is moot as you’ve deleted your WordPress.com site, but if we can assist in any other way, please do let us know. Many thanks!
