this is crazy! I’ve sent you an email saying I’m still stuck… which I’m waiting for a response to…
-
I apologize for the confusion. Our email and forums are separate systems. I will track it down and get back to you very shortly!
-
I’m not finding it in our system, and it seems like your blog is redirecting to the custom domain (meaning it’s dropped the .wordpress from the address).
Do you need any further help?
-
ok, I’ll say again.
I’m still confused.
I am trialing an upgrade to something called Premium. It says it is $99 annually. I am not sure, if all I want to achieve is the .com address- losing the wordpress in my address, if I have to pay so much? I seem to remember that somehow I achieved the same thing with my carolina cooks for you site, for a smaller fee, but I can’t remember how that worked?? -
Caroline,
Okay, I can help you with this. Yes, you can just drop the .wordpress without the whole premium upgrade. A custom domain is $18.00 annually. I checked your account and you can go ahead and cancel the free trial. You purchased your domain and mapping separately, so it should remain even after you cancel the trial!Just click on this link, and hit cancel under the free trial.
