loss of access. but new bill

    A couple of weeks ago I had to change my password. I got the new password but suddenly I no longer had access to stats from previous posts or the capacity to make new ones.
    Now I am informed that it’s time to renew my subscription. I am happy to do so, but first I would first like access to the full services I contracted for. I have already posted similar complains on these forums but have never received a reply.
