Loss of access to main wordpress account

I cannot access my other wordpress account http://alexstingl.wordpress.com/ anymore with my password (I don’t know why, I did not change it). I do not receive mail, when I activate the ‘lost password’ function. Can anyone help me in any way? I would be happy to send wordpress the verification emails I received from wordpress about moderating comments to prove it is my account. Unfortunately I do not have the activation key, since hotmail autodeleted messages form before 2014 without my knowledge. I will do whatever I can to prove that this is my blog account on wordpress. However, I do not see any way on the wordpress site to contact someone at wordpress directly to help.

For the past 3 days, my blog was suspended just the day after which i decided to creat a custom domain for my blog. I’m unable to view the wp admin mode, i don’t even know the day WP will remove the suspension tag from my blog. Please help!

I can see several password reset emails were sent to that account’s email address. Are you checking the correct email address for that account?
If you still have access to that account’s email you should still be able to submit the account recovery form, as that email address itself is proof that you are the owner. If you do have access to the email but you can’t submit the form, let me know.

I have attempted a few times to use the ‘lost password’ function. But received no email on the account. (it should go to a hotmail account, without divulging any too detailed information on this open forum).
I tried the recovery form, but it won’t let me send the form without a URL activation key (which I am missing, because hotmail autodeleted all older emails from before 2014 without my knowledge, including my original set-up with wordpress). I still have a number of ‘moderate comments’ emails to at least prove that I am who I claim to be – there are other ways of authenticating that, too. But, at present, I have no clue a) why and how the password may have changed (since I did not change the password) b) how to retrieve it, since recovery emails for that account do not arrive at the hotmail address, and c) what I can do to retrieve it on my own at this point, without any one of the three proof of ownership methods (I do not use paypal in general, so I have no transaction ID; I am not sure that the two factor auth codes were already in existence when I originally signed up; and hotmail deleted the email with the activation key (which, yes, my fault: I should have written it down in another place as well). But besides the question of recovery and if I can recover access; I am also concerned with how the password was changed in the first place, given that I did not change it myself. In order to find out, I would probably need to get access to the account. -
Your password was reset by us, because we determined that the email/password combination you were using were the same as an email/password combination included in a database that was stolen from another service and recently released online. We sent an email to the email address for that account explaining this.
I can also see that you attempted to reset the password yesterday, but the password reset emails are not going through. It is not a hotmail address. If you have any other emails addresses that you might have used for that account, please check those addresses for the password reset link.
If you no longer have access to the email address you used to create the account, let me know.

The only email I have listed with my wordpress account is the hotmail account, which I have been using for wordpress since the beginning. I wouldn’t know of another email address. I have been using an address before 2009 with an agency called brain-room, which went out of business in 2009 and is not accessible anymore. But i would, at the inception of my blog only have used that as a secondary address. I have not received any information at my hotmail address or my two current and only other professional addresses. So I have not received any notice of a password reset, and could not access any information pertaining to it. If it could be sent to the hotmail address, where messages were until recently directed with regard to moderating comments?

But your site, alexstingl.wordpress.com, belongs to a completely different account with a different username and a different email address that it’s had for at least the past 3 years. That email address is not a hotmail address.
I have just send an email to that address. Please let me know if you don’t receive it.

No. No message does show up in any of my three active email accounts. The only other two accounts I have ever had were discontinued between 2009 and 2010, because the service provider shut down.
