Loss of admin rights

  I signed up to wordpress with the domain racionalyemocionalblog.net and then added the domain laurazorrillafernandez.com. I changed both email and suscription preferences but now my domain laurazorrillafernandez says I am not allowed admin rights and says I have no sites as part of my account? Nor any purchases? I had purchased a one-year domain plan and now it´s as if the domain is hosted by someone else.

  Try signing into laurazorrillafernandez.com with the email address you used to create the account, not your new one.

  Hi there,

  I signed up to wordpress with the domain racionalyemocionalblog.net and then added the domain laurazorrillafernandez.com.

  racionalyemocionalblog.net expired a month ago and has since been released back into the pool of available domains. If you wish to use it, I’d recommend purchasing it as soon as possible.

  laurazorrillafernandez.com has been registered and is owned by racionalyemocional — if you want to manage the domain you will need to login to that account.

  Purchases will only be listed in the owners WordPress.com account. You are currently logged in as lauxelmundo, but if you login as racionalyemocional instead, you will see the purchases on the Manage Purchases page:
