Loss of image brightness/contrast when uploading to WordPress

  I’ve been having issues with the image becoming significantly darker when uploaded to wordpress. I’ve tried changing the color settings to North American Web/Internet, and the color management policies to ‘convert to working RGB’, and have not been having any luck. I’ve also tried saving the images converted to sRGB with a different name than the one uploaded previously on WordPress.

  Any help is greatly appreciated!
