Loss of image caption option

    Until yesterday I have been able to add captions underneath my blog images. Now, when I add a new image, or try to amend an existing image, I no longer get the “write caption” option. If I click over the area then the pop up box showing the bold, italic options appear, but the cursor does not drop into the area where you would start to enter the text.

    Hello Tony,

    Seems you’re at the wrong place :-)

    It appears your domain was purchased from GoDaddy and your website is a self-hosted WordPress site hosted with Bluehost, and not a WordPress.com site.

    Please go to WordPress.org for support. That is the website of the organization and community that develops and supports the free WordPress software.

    WordPress.com (where you are now) is an independent WordPress hosting company, and can only support the version of WordPress it runs for its own customers.
