  Many people who are signed up have stopped receiving my blog. What should I do?

  Hi @barrydym, I spot checked a few followers, and they are receiving emails.

  Can you have the affected individuals get in touch? We can check their subscriptions for them.

  I just posted a blog and 1) no one shows up as having opened it and 2) that includes a person who responded to me. Can you please tell me what’s going on and what to do about it?

  Is there a person I can talk to live? Please.

  Hi there,

  Are you referring to the person who commented on your most recent post? Did they tell you how they were notified of your most recent post? I checked and they are an email subscriber with no WordPress.com account, so they had to have either been notified of your post via email or when they visited your site directly.

  We see no issue on this end in regards to your followers not receiving email notifications of your new posts. Each viewer can control if and when they get email notifications, so the potential issue would most likely be on their end. If you can provide us with an email of a user who is saying they didn’t receive an email, we can look further into their account as to why. Only staff can see emails posted in the forums, so feel free to share.
