    Hi,
    I used the Fiverr platform to have an individual, Brian Mullaney, to build a WordPress website for me, LiveBallTennis.com
    Brian, I have learned, is no longer working with Fiverr. Since all communication was through Fiverr, I have no way of contacting him.
    Me and my associates are unable to gain access to MY site!
    Fiverr suggested that I contact WordPress.
    Is there anything you can do to help me?

    Hi Andrew,

    The site at LiveBallTennis.com was not created with us on WordPress.com, but was built using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider, so only that hosting provider might be able to help you here – we have no control at all over your site, as it’s not hosted on our servers.

    I’m not able to tell you who the hosting provider is either, as the DNS is managed by CloudFlare.com rather than by the host, but you can try contacting CloudFlare directly for help with this. You can also try contacting GoDaddy.com where that domain is registered.
