Hi Ive tried to log in with my usual login details and can no longer access my old account. My usual email address isnt registering, my username isnt registering and my passwords arent either (i have them all written down and have a history of them written down so if i need to prove its my website i can give oyu my past email and passwords for the last 6 years. I had other accounts hacked recently so this may well be part of it – where they log in and change important contact details as im not receiving emails/texts for my instagram as they’ve done (and known to do this) the same thing. Im in the process of recovering my IG account and now need to do this aswell please. My actual email address for username ellenjwatson is (email visible only to moderators and staff)…im not sure if my enquiries are being pointed to someone else now aswell? Really is important as this is my only business and i feed and house my son on my own with it so cannot afford to mess around for long here. Please can someone help.
