Lost a blog help please

  Hi there
  I seemed to have lost my last blog called Patrick’s big night. I am pretty rubbish and not backed up a copy.
  Is their any way it can be retrieved.
  Your help with this would be appreciated

  Try searching for it in the trash in case you accidentally deleted it:

  If you still can’t find it, there’s a cached version on Google:

  Just copy the text and the pictures into a new post :)

  I have restored it.
  I will have to search the forum on how to back up blogs

  As for backing up, WordPress.com handles all the necessary backups for you. But if you want to back up your blog content manually there are two options described here:

  Export Your Website’s Content
