  Have you tried to look into trash?

  Delete a Page or Post

  Or can’t you login to your dashboard at all?

  I can get into the dashboard, and the stuff is not there in thrash, appears that it has not saved the right version . what has been saved in the thrash is empty.

  There were a few time out’s; once I could retrieve the second time I could not. I have what I saved immediately after the 1st time out not from the second.
