lost a piece of my blog. It didn't autosave.

  I wrote a blog, completed it. Tried for the first time to add a contact form to the blog. The last section of my article just disappeared like I never wrote it and nothing was auto saved it doesn’t appear. Very frustrating. Is there anything someone can do to help?
