Lost ability to search users

    I need help restoring the search box on the admin page that lists all users. There used to be a search box available, now it is gone. Is this something you can assis with?

    Site: (email visible only to moderators and staff).
    WP.com: Unknown
    Jetpack: Unknown
    Correct account: Unknown

    Hello there,

    It looks like this site is a self-hosted site, so the support here is limited in this instance.

    For missing functionality of that nature, you would first need to check that WordPress is kept up to date.

    It would also be good practice to make sure that themes and plugins installed are also up to date.
