Lost access to account

HI I am sorry if this has been asked before and if it is answered somewhere else I am dyslexic and find it hard to search through and understand all the posts that came up when I searched this topic.
The query is not about the blog listed above this was a new blog set up last year. My question is about my old blogs that I have forgotten my pass word to.
I understand I can fill in an access activation form but my blogs were created in 2009 and I no longer have access to the email address that the validation authorisation codes were sent to. I do have some of the old emails as I forwarded some to another email address. I know the URLs of my beloved blogs but cant access them I also have the email asking me to validate my change of email which I obvioulsy failed to do. Is there any way to get back access. There are photos on the blog linked to my FLickr account which I can prove I have access to any help would be great

Do you happen to have access to the email containing the activation URL? When you created your WordPress.com account, we sent an activation link to your email address that you were required to click.

Hi No I dont, sorry as this was done back in 2009 and using a different email account. I have the email where you request e to confirm I want to change my email from one account to another with and activation link but nothing else.

Those sites all belong to the merseychic username, yes. However, if you no longer have access to the email address you’d used for that account and you don’t have any of the other verification info we require, we won’t be able to give you access to those sites. Connections to third-party services or content added to the site itself cannot be used to verify ownership.

HI can you not resend the change of email verification again which is why I lost access as for some reason the change of email never got confirmed? thanks

Hi Kokkieh I had an email from Herman who asked for my email which was sent to my old email address to reset my password for my lost account I have sent this in and heard nothing back from him Can you confirm he has this information? thanks Hazel
