Lost access to account

  Hi,

  I have access to the email for a specific account, but I lost access to the phone that had the 2FA and the original emails with the activation link were with a school account that is no longer active. Is there any way I can retrieve access to the account?

  I don’t have any of the ownership options. Is there any way I can retrieve access to the account?

  No, as we consider account ownership a security matter, we only accept the proofs of ownership listed on that page.

  Do you still have the backup codes from when you setup 2FA?
