Lost access to account information

  I have several WP blogs and can only access the posting menu through WP Admin. I have lost access to account information and a number of posting options. If I try to access the new posting platform, stats, etc, it takes me to a white screen with the WP logo and no further.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  It sounds like the My Sites dashboard is not loading properly for you. Can you please try the following:

  1) clear your browser cache and cookies

  Browser Issues

  2) Make sure you have JavaScript enabled in your browser

  http://enable-javascript.com/

  3) Make sure you don’t have any ad-blocker or anti-malware browser extensions installed that might be blocking JavaScript. If you have, see if you can add an exception for WordPress.com to the extension.

  4) Unplug your modem/router for a few seconds to reset your connection.

  Also please check if using a different browser or a different connection allows you to load the My Sites page.
