Lost access to admin dashboard

  lost username, new email and no access to admin my site because I did not use for 5 years. It is a free site. I want to activate my web page but cannot access my old account. Is there any remedy?

  It appears that the username for that site was bodywork22. Can you recall the password? If not and the email associated with the account is no longer available then you may be out of luck.
