Lost access to admin page

This is the first time I’ve really tried to customize a WordPress theme, and was told that it was “practically unbreakable.”
I’ve managed to break it.
I have the Sistina theme installed and was attempting to install a slider plug in, when the site refreshed and now I don’t have access to my admin page.
I’ve searched and can’t find anything I can understand. Could someone kindly provide step-by-step instructions for someone without a strong technical background?
I’d be very, very grateful.

That site is not a blog hosted by WordPress.COM, and we cannot help you as we do not provide support for any blogs that are not hosted by WordPress.COM.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support forums. http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.
