Lost access to all my old emails and cell phone numbers

I can’t recover my account because I don’t have ANY of the things that WordPress requires for recovery. I’d gladly send them my drivers license or anything else to prove my original blog is actually mine. I don’t want to lose the url because I’ve got it attached to most if my social media accounts. I just haven’t been blogging in a few months and would like to start again. What do I do?

Depending on the plan you have, you can have the different account recovery options.

Hi there,
If you cannot provide any of the verification info required by the account recovery form we won’t be able to give you access to the site. We cannot accept your driver’s license or any other form of ID as verification, as we did not request that when you created the site and thus have nothing to verify it against.
Depending on the plan you have, you can have the different account recovery options.
Nowhere in that support doc does it say having an upgraded plan offers additional recovery options. Please do not post misleading statements like that in the forums.

Thank you for for the information. I’ve been given the only option that I can do. He support people finally got back with me and said I could copy and paste my old articles to a new blog. Then it would be best to purchase a domain name that better suited my brand. It’s not exactly what I wanted to hear but if I’m wanting to become a more serious writer I definitely need to be hosted professionally. Thanks again!
