Lost access to another WordPress account

Good Day,
We have domain on another wordpress account and we lost access to the domain since i was hospital for few days, once i back i found the reminder from WP to renew the domain, but i found somehow renewed but is not linked to your Google business email account which mean no way to recover the account if email is not working, please advice us what to do.the domain is : horizon-makers.com

I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to make any changes.
If you do not have access to that second account, here are a few options:

thank you i tried lost password reset and should received on the email which the domain is not linked any more somehow in WordPress account, so if the dns mx records somehow deleted by WordPress how i will receive the reset email.
this attached mail on December reminder me to renew but i was unable to access.
the employee who have access left the company.
I tried recovery account as per attached but the confirmation link or id is the one after the old employee changed the account ownership email from personal to work email, so no invoice no transaction no old rul activation which it is on his personal account
