lost access to another WordPress site

Good Morning,
To whom it may concern.
We are LBS Builders Merchants associated with one of our other companies Talbot Timber.
The employee who created this for us in work time has recently left us.
We would like to gain control of the website again as there is key information that needs to be updated.
We have no longer got access to the email address or username or password associated with this account. We can access middleton.wales which we believe that Talbot Timber site was built off the back of.
If you need proof that the company is ours please email (email visible only to moderators and staff) and we can provide you with what you require.
Because we don’t have access to the email associated with this account we cannot provide a transition ID, Activation URL or the two-factor authentication code.
Pease get back to us asap as we need to get the business marketing tools up an running with correct information

If that isn’t working, your host may be able to help you make backups and use one of these recovery options:
