Lost access to defunct blog (username, mail, password)
-
Hi,
some years ago I made a small blog in anticipation of my wedding. My wife and I would like to shut the blog down now, since it seems kind of outdated (http://wolfandkari.wordpress.com/). The kids are growing up and all that.
However, it seems I have neither the login nor the username for the blog available, and my wife cant remember, either. I requested new passwords for all accounts I could think of, but am slowly worrying I registered from an work account, and since I don´t work anymore, there is no possibility for me to retrieve the PW-recovery-E-mails sent to that.
Would it be possible for support to simply shut down/delete the blog?
If needed, is there any way I can possibly prove to support that I am the rightful owner of this blog? I could send wedding pictures :)Regards,
Wolfram Broszies
P.S.: I am administrating two wp installations privately and am working with wordpress on several projects in my professional life – shutting down this blog will not in any way shape or form indicate I don`t like wordpress anymore :)
