Lost access to domain

  I own the domain Hemochromatosissucks.com, but it has been a long time since I did anything with it, so I have lost the information I need to gain access to it. I no longer have access to the email account that I most likely used for this site. I have another account with two sites. The main one I use is Hemochromatosissucks.wordpress.com. How can I gain access to my site?
