Add topic to favorites
Hi, I’ve lost access to my domain – https://thenewhindu.wordpress.com/ How can I get back on it?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Did you mean you’re unable to login to that website? Or you mean you can no longer see it in the list of your websites?

Hello there,

The latter – I can’t see it in the list of my websites. I’m trying to remember if I just opened a new website but I don’t think so. Originally, all the posts were on here – notesfrommythoughts.wordpress.com. and then a few months ago, I moved the more thematic ones on to https://thenewhindu.wordpress.com/. On the dashboard for my account, I can’t find any reference to thenewhindu blog.

I can see both of the websites as live and active.

On the upper left hand side of your WordPress.com account, you will see Switch Site. It looks like this – https://i.imgur.com/YC1RcJi.png

Have you already tried to click it and see if you have this website in your list?

I am also tagging a WP support, you will find “modlook” tag on the side. If you really cannot see it in your account, it seems that you lose administrative access to the other site. Let’s confirm with them.

Thanks. I don’t see the switch site on my dashboard which is I guess the problem.

It will not show if you only have one blog for your account.

These notes from here is for the WP support:

renudadu lost access to https://thenewhindu.wordpress.com/.

Let’s wait for them to check what happened.
