Lost access to domain

  I created an account and went through the whole process of purchasing a domain and everything. Even made some posts. I didn’t see the “Verify Email” email until the next evening, but when I clicked to verify, it said the email was unrecognized. So I made a new account with the same email, but now it says I have no sites or purchase history. If I try to register that domain again, it says its already associated with a wordpress account.

  How do I regain access to this domain? I’ve tried the account recovery already but they just said to change your password and that was no help.

  Two wordpress.com accounts can’t have the same email address as the email address is the unique identifier on this platform.

  To restore access to the account owning https://greatfullway.com/ you can use the Transaction ID to restore access to the account owning that site – https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-help
