lost access to edit site

For our business, we had a web developer create an commerce site. She used WordPress and Siteground. We launched it briefly, but it was full of problems, so we went back to using our old Weebly non-commerce site until we could find a new developer to work with. The WordPress site she made is seen at the link above, but the place where I used to go to edit this site is no longer accessible: http://109.199.127.149/~elect857/wp-admin/index.php?page=orddd-about
and my WordPress account tells me I have no sites. What happened? Why can I not edit this site any longer? -

It looks like your site is a self-hosted version of WordPress. This support forum is provided for websites hosted on WordPress.com.
