Lost access to editing my blog

This morning I used a new version of CC Cleaner on my computer. After that I was unable to gain editing capability on my blog, http://www.azconservative.org. I actually have multiple WP sites, and the only one I can edit is collaborativecommunicatingblog. How do I regain editing capabilities for all of my sites? Among the other sites I have are Wild Arizona, Showlowtube and When Calls the Wild.
