I’ve lost access to email associated with site. That email is (email visible only to moderators and staff)
Site is p2investor.com
It expires in 5 days. I have to renew. My renewal notices are being sent to personal email (email visible only to moderators and staff) which is associated with another WordPress account with no associated sites. It’s confusing and driving me nuts. I’m going in circles!!!! Please help me!!

Hi John,
That domain and email upgrade are owned by a different account than what you’re currently logged in to. So to renew them, you need to log in to that other account of yours.
If you cannot access that other account, please follow our Account Recovery guide:

I just EXPLAINED I CANT ACCESS THAT ACCOUNT AND U SAY JUST LOG INTO THAT ACCOUNT. Are you actually reading my requests for help?
-
Hi,
The entire situation must be frustrating but please be patient and respectful with staff and forum members. They’re only trying to help.
In the link given by @fstat there was a link to the Account Recovery Form which you can access here: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
The Account Recovery Form linked above is your best bet to recover the account you lost access to.

To normaluser52
Ur worse than him. I wasn’t disrespectful. I was appropriate because he did not listen. If your on a help forum, you should listen, otherwise just do something else.
-
Hi there, sorry, I know is this frustrating, but please be respectful of our volunteers like normalusername52, who are only trying to help.
In this case, please use the transaction IDs from either the original purchase of the domain or any of its renewals to regain access to the proper account by following the steps at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form
Please do not post those transaction IDs here, as this is a public forum, and please understand that we consider account access to be the highest security concern, so we must be very deliberate with our options for recovery.

Hi there, I’m glad to see you could regain access to your account using the information provided by us.
I had to empty your reply, though.
Just please, in the future, leave any sort of disrespectful personal remarks out of these things here.
Folks were only trying to help. Maybe they didn’t have the best answers, perhaps they didn’t have all the information, but they really did want to help, and you can’t fault them for trying.

I don’t know what you are talking about. I have not regained access to my account. And I will AGAIN state I was not disrespectful. I merely pointed out ridiculous inneficiency
