lost access to my account

  I’ve lost access to the account used for my blog, blogpeggyg2.wordpress.com. I purchased CSS upgrades for this blog, but all I can track down is a credit card transaction on my bank statement from 1/26/2011.
  I’ve tried filling in the account recover form, but gets returned with message that what I have is not the correct transaction format.
  What can I do? Thank you.
