Lost access to my blog

  I lost access to our blog which is Eatatjoes.net/jc/jcblog
  It is a blog for my church and I was given access to it to keep it up to date. I think we accidently changed the url in the admin page and now we are locked out. What do I do?

  The site you are asking about does not seem to be hosted on WordPress.COM so you need to make friends over at WordPress.ORG the keepers of the software you are using.
