Lost access to my blog

    Hi,

    My blog ‘grapplingwithrp.wordpress.com’ is very popular among my community. I operated it with a custom email which was closed down recently. Although I changed my user email, it did not show up in my current email with which I am operating this site. Requesting help to access grapplingwithrp.wordpress.com.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there,

    I can see an attempted email change on the account that owns that site, but the new email was never verified, so the change was not completed, and we don’t recognise the new email address as valid for proving ownership of the account.

    If you don’t remember the password for the other account, and don’t have access to the current email to reset it, the only other option is to follow our account recovery process at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/

    Once you verify your ownership of the account another way via that form, someone will be in touch to help you regain access.
