  Hi,

  I lost access to my blog, when I try to log in, I get this message: Lo siento, no tienes permisos para acceder a esta página.

  (you do not have permission to log into this website)

  I already reset the password, but it is not that.

  Please let me know if you have any answers.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You have to fill a form at this link –
  https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery to provide proof ownership.

  This will help you to gain access.
