lost access to my blog – help

    My blog is produced4you.wordpress.com. Yesterday I had two chats to close down fertileprose.com, which was never used. Also to get a refund for an update I never asked for.

    Today I find that I can’t access my active blog, which is part of my business. But I can go to fertileprose.com and another one – fightermum – which again was never used and I want to close down.
    Please could you rectify this. It’s urgent

    No idea what you’re talking about as I’m a beginner. I was hoping for a chat with a happiness engineer because I’m not happy but I can’t remember how to find them

    Hi there,

    It looks like you might have figured this out, but just to be sure, it looks like you have two accounts. The fertileprose and fightermum sites belong to the username fertileprose. It’s that username that cancelled the domain, and the domain renewal was voided before it completed so you were never charged for that.

    The site produced4you.wordpress.com belongs to the username you posted as above, produced4you, so you need to be logged in as that username to access this site.
