Lost access to my Creator Plan even though I paid for it

    My site is down because of an issue with a plugin, and i have a creator plan but my account currently says I don’t have access to this plan so I can’t adjust any of the plugins. Has anyone found a solution for this issue?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    To fix this, please sign in to your GoDaddy account and follow these instructions:

    The name servers should be updated to point that domain to us with these records:

    • NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
    • NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
    • NS3.WORDPRESS.COM
