Lost access to my Creator Plan even though I paid for it
-
My site is down because of an issue with a plugin, and i have a creator plan but my account currently says I don’t have access to this plan so I can’t adjust any of the plugins. Has anyone found a solution for this issue?

Howdy –
Thanks for reaching out. I can see that the domain rosecourtneyirishdance.com currently points to GoDaddy, and it is not utilizing your hosting plan with us on WordPress.com.
To fix this, please sign in to your GoDaddy account and follow these instructions:
https://www.godaddy.com/help/manage-dns-records-680
The name servers should be updated to point that domain to us with these records:
- NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
- NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
- NS3.WORDPRESS.COM
We have a page to help you with this process as well:
If you already own a domain name with another provider, you can use that domain with your WordPress.com site. Follow the steps in this guide to keep your domain registered with your current provider and connect it to your WordPress.com site. About Domain Connection Connecting a domain to your WordPress.com site means: Your domain will show the site you created on WordPress.com withoutOnce that’s been done, write back to us here, and we can verify that it all looks correct. Once the name servers are propagated around the globe, the site will be back online as you expect. (this process can take up to 72 hours). Happy to answer any other questions that you have.
