Lost access to my email account

Hello.
Some years ago I create a blog ( morgana657735798.wordpress.com ) with my principal account (email visible only to moderators and staff) (please contact me for send you my email). Unfortunately, since some months ago I can’t open or recover my wordpress account. The message says the account has been blocked, but I don’t understand… why?
There is no general support email address or phone number for me to call, so I have been forced to create another account (this) to contact you for assistance. It’s very important to me, recover all my posts (which I put in morgana657735798.wordpress.com) because I couldn’t backup it.I could talk to anyone in WordPress to prove this is my old free blog. I have an email with title “Welcome to the WordPress.com family! Congratulations, your new site, morgana657735798.wordpress.com, is up and running!”
Once I can recover my posts, I would like delete all my old digital data and email addresses which might have my personal information. I would really appreciate it if WordPress could do something about this, so I can get into my old account, backup it and then delete my information.

This will send all the info you have to our account recovery team, and from there they will contact you directly to assist you in regaining access to the account that owns the site you are trying to access.
