Lost access to my email and can’t renew

Hi there,
I have lost access to my titan email which I paid for through wordpress. When I tried to renew payment I got a message saying my account has been removed. I chatted to the AI bot, that asked me to check that my domain was still active, which it is and then got the following message:
“Since your domain is active but you’re getting that “email account removed” message, this sounds like a technical issue with how your Titan subscription is linked to your site.
This type of email subscription disconnect usually needs our human support team to investigate and fix the connection between your domain and Titan service. Would you like me to connect you with a human support agent who can resolve this for you?”
When I answered that yes, I would like to be connected to a human to resolve . the technical issue, I got a message that I have to have a paid subscription.
What do I do? Its obviously a technical problem that they need to solve on their end. I’m not tech savvy at all.
